This picture was taken on Jan uary 16, 2004 and it reminds me the love which I used to have for winter season. Now its just a collection of horriblly freezing days of Canada.
As weather is getting chillier day by day and its is expected to snow in coming days; I am putting up this picture with a resolution that I will not hate winters and will not curse them. ah... lets see...

I don't know how i would manage to live in Canada if i was to move there. I thought nothing beatz the dullness of Uk weather but hearing about the Canadian weather and by looking at this pic its a complete different story. How do u people surviiiiiive

Here, in Chicago, on thanksgiving it was 3F .. yuppp .. 3F which is -16C ..
I even have a picture from weather.com mentioning this temperature ..
last year .. i remember two days when it went 26F below 0 .. -26F ..
Nabeel it was the chill og -35 on this day and I wont be exaggerating when I'll say "it was FREEZING".
I had no idea about temperature when I was sitting in home and watching the edge of my neighour's roof, so took the camera and went out without a cap or any gloves. That wasn't fun ;)
mashallah, I love your photos. Actually, I love pictures in general. I love winter. It's the prettist season; although I hate walking in the cold, cars not starting,slush, black ice, and getting stuck. But if you look past all of those things, and look at how the sun reflects on the ice and snow, it is the most beautiful thing.
I also agree that Canada would be a nice place to live in. I have always wanted to go there someday. Not just across the border, but I wanted to go to the seashores and things like that.

We had 0F (wind chill) and 10F (temperature) yesterday night. 0F is -18C

ottawa goes down to as low as -45c regularly throughout winter, and with wind chills, we get lows of -55c on some ridiculous days.
no jokes.
so see nabeel, never try to compete with canada in terms of cold weather :P
lol @ you guys .. well ok .. I've recently recorded -9F .. i'll post the pic on my blog .. why don't you record a termpature and post it and then we can shop and compare (priceline) .. i mean just compare.
