well it's not the gardiner which it resembles quite a lot just because theres no merge like this one there with a solid line. it's a flat stretch and hence not the dvp. nowhere on the 401 do you have this either within toronto.
im thinking it's the qew around niagara.
or it could be the 401 around windsor area on the ec row expwy or something.
oh shit 403 by hamilton is a weak possibility too.
